In my opinion. For what that's worth? I believe that the bulk of the projected 300ktpa shortfall in 4NHPA going out to 2027 will be sourced through defunct, toxic Tailings Dams & the like. Governments, State and Federal are having logistical, and financial nightmares keeping control over the literally Thousands of these throughout the country. There is as much as a Half Billion Dollar driver behind it. And it's the only way I believe that the shortfall in demand will be met.
