Tritton had all in costs of about $200 per tonne of ore in the Dec 2022 quarter. Copper price is A$13000/tonne. So the grade required to breakeven is 200/13000 = 1.54% Cu.
The 0.8% Cu disseminated sulphies are uneconomic, while the 2.5% Cu massive sulphides at Kurrajong are very profitable. The revenue from the 28000 tonnes of copper in the massive sulphides could be:
28000 tonnes * $13000/tonne * 0.93 recoverability * 0.96 payability = $320 million.
All in costs for 1.1 million tonnes of ore could be $220 million.
