May I suggest, for those that are interested, that 'our man' (Steven Cole the Independent Chairman looking after our interests) might love to hear what a great job he has has been doing.An Independent Chairman who can recommend acceptance (even when the tax bill maybe higher than the value of the shares received) surely needs out thanks and support. Steven is obviously a very insightful and intelligent man. His personal email address is [email protected] I am sure he would love to hear from those he represents. He might give you his rationale for agreeing to delay the vote.It appeared to me that the votes were not in the companies favour but Steven has apparently allowed more time to allow GTP to work the numbers.You might also ask him if,as our representative, he has canvassed the option of changing managers.
