tell you what DT as long as the deal makes sense , adds value to the company and the price they pay for it (including what they consider fair remuneration for themselves to initiate it) is fair and reasonable i am all for it as well

the problem is all three of these parameters have been missing from their earlier 'work'. its meant to be good business for everyone not just for them . call me old fashioned if you like but i just cant seem to warm to the idea of the executive of a public listed company making all decisions to favour themselves at the expense of all the other shareholders !!!!!

perhaps this maybe the primary cause for the companys poor performance on the market ??? what do you think ?
