They've drilled the 15% that isn't under farmland. Because that's the bits where the gate fees aren't exhorbitant, and you don't have to buy farmland off some old codger for millions of bucks. Sure, there might be a couple billion tonnes of sand under those paddocks, but it'll be a PITA to get at it, and why bother when you have a lifetime's supply under bushland?
