Just want to say thanks for your great analysis on BRK over time Dan. Your research and explanation of what Brookside is actually doing on the ground and associated value is brilliant and is much appreciated by myself and I'm sure all others.
I ended up closing a 2 year hold yesterday after the maiden reserve failed to ignite the market. Hopefully for others holding, I will regret that in the coming days/weeks.
I will be looking to jump back in if BRK can ever break this multi year base it has been in. I still consider BRK a great long term hold for those patient enough, as they are certainly building value and validating the business model.
Maybe it would be worth DP getting Dan to write future announcements to explain things to the market better... lol
