There us conjecture about employee status depending if you read Twitter or LinkedIn/Cicero web sites.
Here is says "Executive General Manager, Special Situations". Executive always meant employee to me. But apparently not to others.

All the listed oppies have been either granted to advisers or attached to shares bought via Private Placement. Loyal retail holders have never had an opportunity to be granted a free oppie via a SPP.
None of this detracts from the asset base the company are building as proven by the Maiden Reserve Report.
