One would think that if it was a price sensitive announcement to announce these then it would also need to be announced if these deals and applications have now been extinguished. I will consult with ASIC and the ASX to see if an announcement can be forced in that regard as I believe these matters are important. I believe that a failure to announce if any of these deals have been abandoned could also result in misleading and deceptive conduct because holders are under the impression that they are in play when they may not be. Again, if it was price sensitive to announce, it’s price sensitive if it’s no longer in play. Continuous disclosure is mandated under the law. It’s not optional.
