However you are completely incorrect on the announcement.
The announcement is signed by the Company secretary Fletcher Handcock, not the CEO as you have incorrectly stated.

Unless you are suggesting that he is lined up to become the CEO?
Do you know something that you could share with us in regards to your knowledge of the company workings?
Do you have, did you have access to such info that we could all benefit from here?

You have tried to sully my post by posting rebuttal that is presenting false/incorrect info?
I prefer to believe that it was an oversight on your behalf, similar to your oversight on the parameters of 10.11.3.
