    Why is Board issuing shares? Is the board and managment looking at the same share price we are?

    disappointed in the ceo in issuing these performance shares!!

    Managment can write this announcement it how about an update on what is going on with investor relations? Has Peter left? Cause it is clear he has but no announcement?
