If the unions want to bully Henty for 20%, an outrageous amount... that must surely be preparing the grounds to sell the asset off. Maybe cyl will make a deal, then sell it. I'd say it's worth some good money now with the work done to date. If it was 'seriously' profitable, I'd understand the wage claim... but it isn't. The shareholders paid their way to date. Union picnic.
