Thanks for the response, it will be interesting to see what pans out with Pani and LSX. Your theory is as good as any. I am hoping that Federation Mining will hold out for a sweeter before accepting. Better still make a counter bid with Aust Super backing, although probably unlikely with the Indonesian ownership complications. Either way, I am expecting an increased offer and will be declining the 35c.
