Some back of the envelope calcs for capex of a fermentation plant:

This video implies a yield of 1 ton of MC per 60,870 litres (100m * 700m * 1,000l = 7,000,000l / 115).

Lets round down to 50,000 litres to be safe.

Picked the one with the roundest number for simplicities sake.

10 tons of MC would require 500,000l of fermentation capacity or US $100,000 (10 * 10,000l fermentation tank).

No idea what infrastructure costs would be, but perhaps double it. So hazarding a guess at US $200,000 for 10 tonnes of MC production every 15 days, not bad...

Another complete guess but an 80% yield to fibre would mean approximately 40 tonnes of Nullarbor-20 (10 * 0.8 * 5).
