that incorrect. current 8M$ cash plus 1.5 to 3M$ from JWD sale plus 10-15M$ royalties in time to come but yes in essence close to 12M cash with MC currently of 10M$ so EV -2M$. that seems not good enough for many on here on HC and in general to buy at 0.009.
MTM20M$, SUM 18M$ LYN 16M$ none have nothing to offer and not even drilling yet CUF about to drill north dam is valued 10M$
if there ever was award for worst register with dumb investors on ASX that goes to CUF
