It's what I have been saying that recent quarterlies of both PAN and MAT have been alluding to .If I am reading this correctly after Mt Henry is built and paid for there is $180M after tax profit ....what is it worth if MAT simply sell it now ? One would have to think there is at least $15M there for Matsa ....but think about it more.....we are in a time of record low interest rates ...what if MAT and PAN find a financier or JV partner to fund this ...what rivers of cash could potentially flow Matsa's way down the track ! One has to tip their hat to the management team at Matsa,they've done a good job in trying times and unlike shareholders of many junior explorers we haven't seen our holdings diluted excessively. From memory there has been a single raising in the almost three years I have been following and holding Matsa ....compare that to some of it's Fraser Range peers like RTR who have gone from 37 million shares on issue in July 2012 to 187 million shares on issue now
