Hi The Mechanic
Just to cheer you up....I do think the production numbers you are hoping for are possible at the head grade of 0.8g/t.
Assuming nameplate run rate for the mill of 2.4Mt/year these are the numbers I get for a possible 3rd 1/4 production
300t/hour x 24 hours x 90 days = 648,000t ore processed x 0.8g/t = 518,400 ÷32 = 16,200 oz (this assumes minimal contribution from Blue Bar this 1/4)
For the 4th 1/4 things can improve with the inclusion of Blue Bar ore at 1.9g/t.
In DR's presentation at the Melbourne Mining Club he stated the contribution from Blue Bar will be 30,000t/month
30,000 x 3 = 90,000 x 1.9g/t = 5343 ozs
+ (648,000 - 90,000) x 0.8g/t = 13,950
= 19,293 oz
With the reduced hedge commitment for this 1/4 of 8,250 oz almost 50% of production can be sold at spot and if the hedge for the next 1/4 is similarly reduced 57% of production can be sold at spot.
