It depends on who determines it as being clear. I think it is clear already. Others do not. If the position then continues to be a disaster, most of the people on this forum will continue to believe the rabbit will be pulled out of the hat.
I believe the only way this company can survive, is if it can pull off a massive CR enough to pay out all the debt and hedge losses at once (say $100m), plus another $20m for ongoing cashflow and just start again. And even then, there is this $48?million rehabilitation liability around the neck.
All in my contrarian opinion of course.
