The way I read ann's re SM71 was...…………...
BYE on there seismic decided 2 wells with out consulting Otto until short notice of drill rig to be on site.
Otto over about 4 weeks looked at there 3D and said No. Now I think its consultation and a possible new site based on the best consensus of BYE and OEL as it should have been. Think Otto was initially surprized at BYEs original intent. Not a great way for a joint venture .??
