    Here's a clue.

    "at this stage it is an inferred resource, having the lowest level of accuracy"

    So, you actually agree, that quoting the resource to the nearest tonne of LCE is...not the lowest level of accuracy, and ergo, the company is over-representing the accuracy of its Inferred Resource, and hence, it's...in breach of the JORC Code (which you have not read, clearly)?
