When one ship sails, another can load up. Mitsubishi is probably not as efficient as VRX may be and may be quite happy to share their loader with Diatreme who are mining the same sand dune. The jetty is not owned by Mitsubishi. A key requirement for these silica sand mining companies is a continual supply of sand to the foundry. What happens when a cyclone hits the Queensland Coast. Do they dial up VRX?? or do they lean on their neighbor. Diatreme will probably supply China. Mitsubishi only supplies Japan.
