now it appears the 12,500,000 performance shares have not qualified because the JORC must be 65M tonnes > 45% Al + <5% reactive silica
based on the 11% silica in the JORC, at 48% recovery, the reactive silica is 5.28%
also, to acquire another 25% of the deposit, LIN must spend another US$2 million or AUD$2.86M. this means they probably have to raise another AUD$4m
if $4M can be raised at 1.5 cents, the market cap becomes $13M and the deposit becomes valued at $17M
