problem with Killa is the oil needs some handling so limited with options, so once the buyer is locked in soon, then progress will happen.
problem with Australia is green tape and depending on where your asset is and who the buyer of said oil is, then could be an issue, like, there's only a few buyers of the oil so if they are pissed with you then no sale for you.
