They announced they had agreed access to a facility. Feel free to point me to a specific line of text in an announcement where they commit to using it in full, or how they committed to use the fundings of the CR and subscription.
There is no obligation to use it when you have obtained it, especially if the equity line changes the picture. There is no obligation to report until quarter end and cash flow statement
