2/ It is not probable that 100,000 ounces will be mined from Nullagine within the next 10 years, therefore we are not bringing the $5,000,000 deferred purchase consideration to account (Half yearly report - extract below)


Extract from the half yearly report Note 7 Page 27.

"- deferred consideration of $5,000,000 payable upon the production of 100,000 ounces of gold (“Deferred Consideration"). The Deferred Consideration is not payable if the production milestone is not achieved within 10years.

As the deferred consideration is contingent on future uncertain events, the achievement of which was not probable as at acquisition date, this has not been brought to account."
