The only bit of managing the campaign that won't involve full time workers will be the actual milling operation.
Then again the bully drivers and truck drivers working pits might find themselves involved with the mill feed system.
How many actual operators required just to run a mill I don't know.
Someone here might have an idea on normal plant manning.
