As much as I agree, this is not going to happen. I will give our current board a big tick for skills in self preservation, but not much more - we are stuck with them come what may.
The hope is their keenness to stay in charge is a reflection of the value of the assets and their ability to manage them. I am pretty sure on the asset value, but I am far less sure on the management quality.
