I was actually thinking along the same lines. Doesn't it seem weird we had no foreshadowing or given timeframe of the MRE, and it just drops on us? Who knows what's being discussed behind the scenes. Just food for thought.

Spectrum Metals, which seem to be the poster boy of a lot of these brownfield gold juniors were taken over within 1 year of their MRE and had almost the same sized resource. Difference being they had spectacular grades. So it could all happen very quickly!

I feel like management are aiming to build up the underground resource of the highway zone as they keep mentioning grades greater then 5 g/t. If they could add an extra 100,000+ ounces at greater then 5 g/t, the project would look very attractive for a takeover. Hopefully only a small cap raise is required to flesh things out before a takeover.
