If they do come out with a 700k ounce ore reserve at Project D, then I think the share price will do a bit of a runner because debt funding would most likely be given the go ahead and there would be expectations of further LOM growth at this project.
Their second project is a long way from production, if they prove up enough ore reserves (I think its just a resource at present, but I have not checked the company announcements to verify that).
GCY is worth a punt at the current price, however if one already has plenty of skin here then I would not be chasing this is my point of view. There are still other producers with reasonable upside.
