I seriously thought hard about contacting Denis and Haydn, and it wasn't an easy decision, but I decided not to. I'm full time employed elsewhere and happy (enough) where I am.

Committing to turning the MKR ship around would take a lot of effort and while I don't doubt my ability to do it, I would be fighting all the people sticking like shit-to-a-blanket currently employed by them to 'help' get the operation running, thus painting a target on my back. That's not slinging mud either, I have evidence of the counter-productive actions that have plagued them.

I could call MKR and give an action plan - again, it wouldn't be put into place because others have a vested interest to do as little work as possible and keep getting a pay check from them.

I may as well post it here since its got as much chance as any!
