    I got my letter last Monday - some will need another week or more if in outback country. Otherwise you need to get in touch and sort out a possible misunderstanding.
    I was happy to ask for more, but I hope the takeup is huge and shortfall minimum.

    Dont underestimate INCA - it will hit pay dirt some day (soon).
