The big opportunity here is that the sentiment around
RXL appears to be changing. SPR’s MC is 18 times
that of RXL for resources that are not that different in
overall size, obviously they are not a straight comparison
but not that long ago the sentiment surrounding SPR(at
that point in time GCY) was not dissimilar to that currently
surrounding RXL. A drill program and a rampant gold
price changed all that and obviously a superb discovery.
Before that SPR had a smaller resource then RXL with
a much smaller grade, approx 1gpt, decent success
with the drill here should light RXL’s share price up in
the way it did SPR’s.
