Dividend? Not for many, many years. I'll tell you why.

Best case scenario is production at a nth in 2 years. Then wait for result then wait for any spare cash to go into Muchea then a central. V would be insane to release cash until all 3 are operational.

I would also think that anth won't have a cash operating surplus until years 3 onwards.

The above is an educated guess as we don't have an operating budget but based on other start up businesses.

Dont hold your breath for a dividend. It simply is very, very doubtful for some time. The value would be in the sp.
