Ti and CO are worthless commodities at the moment (especially Ti which all has a cost curve built around surficial sand deposits and not hard rock mining), and the price of Co has also been in the toilet lately due to production from the African copper belt byproducts and the massive expansion of the Indonesian Ni industry which has even driven African Co by-products of world class copper deposits out of production, so until the Chinese Indoneisan Ni industry goes belly-up, and WW3 breaks out in the DRC, the price of Co is going to stay in the cellar.
