I think the stage 3 emissions question mark needs to be addressed by the Fed Govt and will be IMO. Will / should be shared across the States /Territories. I'd be more worried if it were a Coalitiob NT government trying to get agreement with Albo but i think he'll convince Bowen to wise up and be a realist.

today's announcement should remove any doubt about commerciality of the project so just need confirmation on emissions.

when production licences are granted we should finally see the SP move more in line with fundamental value
