BNNT Technology Limited (BNNTTL) has just completed its new SM4 (Single Module 4 Furnace Unit) and ran it for 5 consecutive days on only an 8 hour shift per day. The daily BNNT yield is >200gm per day - 1 kg per week.
The SM4 unit now costs $850,000 to build and commission, up from $700,000 due to robotic automation.
In an 8 hour shift the SM4 cycles 3 times. The company could run a SM4 for 3 shifts per day as the furnaces do not need to cool down in process and the automated process is continuous. So, an SM4 running continuously can produce 3kg per week over 3 shifts.
There is also no limit to how many SM4 units can be built and commissioned, so the scale up potential is real to meet volume markets.
Furthermore, to get big commercial orders for BNNT the Application Development work needed to be done. BNNTTL has applied almost all its BNNT product to ensure these applications are validated and activated as a matter of priority. They are now very close to opening the door to at least 3 revolutionary products that will soak up as much BNNT as they can make. BNNTTL stuck to a plan of parallel development of both making BNNT and creating the products that need BNNT. In a short time they have achieved both. The BNNT opportunities will progress for many years to come and PPK is cleverly positioned to reap enormous revenue from everything in its various and exciting forms.
