What struck me about the ann was how candid management were about the deal making process, & how they spent time structuring the deal so everyone was happy (including shareholders).
Great level of transparency, but also shows the new team are good negotiators and will strive to get a win win on these deals. They are not just out for a dollar, they see the bigger picture (no pun intended lol). Gives me great confidence in management as they strike out in other territories.
Barring any further changes in management, for me this is definitely one to hold and stick in the bottom drawer.
