1. You dont start marketing unless you are launching.
2. just 1 million of those 14 will give substantial revenues to TV2 even at a lowly 50 cents thats $500k per month just on one operator.

There is potential for many operators the same as smartfren on the same pgas contract.

This is larger than most realise.
