Regarding the logged 1% Native copper. This is copper metal.
I believe that the geologist recorded volumetric abundance of copper, or at least this is the normal practice.
The density of copper metal is 8.9 and the density of dolostone is around 2.8, so at 1% Cu volume, the copper assay should be ~3% of the weight of the sample.
Assays are always on a weight basis, so this could be 3% native copper assay over that 10m interval if the logs are right. It is however notoriously difficult to estimate percentages of minerals in rock, so lets see.
