Agreed, a placement to Insto's could be done in 2 days, a rights issue takes six weeks or longer and tends to cap the share price whilst it is open.
I had also had that same though that the Western Australian assets could be spun out in the near term. They would get Zero valuation in CNB if this cooper find turns out to be a Tier 1.
