This company needs a good shake up and kick in the a_se to get things going.
First and foremost I would sack the entire board .... they are not required as they only burn cash and get free shares for nothing, remove them.
Secondly, Put Burgess on a remuneration that is share price linked .... if no increase in sp then no share or bonus for him.
If Burgess doesn't perform, remove him ... he's had ample time to turn this around.

It really is a pathetic and embarrassing performance by Burgess & the Board....
