I have been speaking in depth with management about their over cautious approach to ASX reporting.
They have taken advice externally around how to ensure that they provide enough relevant information to the ASX without breaching their client and commercial confidentiality obligations.
The ASX has a team in compliance who assess all market sensitive announcements and often ask for proof from the company of relevant background data/contracts etc.
Now the market can understand where the company has been spending a serious amount of their time and money on securing and delivery of this pilot.
Well done management to those shareholders still holding.
