understand your points...
You don't understand the market around DEV, you have to follow the company and market. This is a market darling, it has 3 highly prospective areas, each with great potential from recent and historic sampling drilling, nearology, trend is amazing and faulting, and geophysics. Gold and PGMs are the momentum play now. DEV or anything is worth what the market is willing to pay, you have your view, which is contrary. Glad you expressed it.
This stock could explode or crash. It is much more likely to explode given position, upcoming drilling and market. The ground and expertise is excellent. You are welcome to miss out, I don't mind negative views but you are just repeating yourself over, and over again.
