the value aspect plus the out and out potential is why I bought in, but I believe this needs to play out. that's when we can make an assessment because right now it's speculation as to where this will land.
we're all a bit inpatient but there is so much that has to happen before we can get really excited.
i had a similar experience with Highlands Pacific, which eventually came good, but the key with tgat one was taking the money off the table once tge development was out there and they were trying yo bankroll it.
Some great projects but honestly if I had stuck with them until the end I would not gave gave nade too much due to their being taken out at cyclical lows.
HCH has a long road still, but I'm still pretty excited.
