It reminds me of the real estate agent telling me I had more land than was advertised because the block was sloping.
Brolga appears to dip at about 60 degrees. We could be lucky but it is unlikely that the overall pit slopes will be steeper than 60 degrees.
Gruyere walls are about 50 degrees for a 380m deep pit. Namdini's are flatter again for a 420m pit.
If the overall pit slopes are flatter than the dip and assuming the pit base doesn't vary then ounces per vertical metre and strip ratio don't vary with the dip.
