Price exploded on the last announcements, it's got long term holders and a few traders jumping in and out of the stock, but it's low liquidity means we need proper investmemt interest , think mr market isn't too sure of the company finding good funding terms. so until that comes through it's still a spec stock prone to value cap dilution.
once that milestone has been met , investors can look at the stock risk profile, we will get the rerating we all want.
