The chart simply points out it’s approaching the end of a large wedge and is heavily in an oversold state. It could plummet further or it could breakout to the upside or it could meander along and shrug its shoulders. But it’s better to buy in when a stock is indicating oversold rather than overbought imo
And it’s a long term chart I’ve posted, it could take weeks or even months to break either way, not necessarily predictive of short term on a chart that spans over a decade
I could always post a short term chart but you’d probably have issues with that too
