Brazil holds around 20% of known REE reserves globally:
"In a 2024 assessment, the United States Geological Survey estimated there were 110m tonnes of deposits worldwide, including 44 million in China – by far the world’s largest producer.A further 22m tonnes are estimated in Brazil, 21m in Vietnam, while Russia has 10m and India seven million tonnes."
People who aren't aware, should also know that one of our Directors is the leading expert in Malaysia on the subject of REE separation technologies, and owns several patents - they are trialing some of his methods on samples we've sent back from Brazil in their labs at the moment, to see what the best methods of extraction will be.
We are in the box seat, provided we can actually prove up an economic resource.
These titanium results are exceptional. If we can extract both the REE and Ti at the same time, it's a double whammy.
$10m MC. Huge upside from here if things go well, with limited downside. That's how I look at it. I bought more this week. There will inevitably be more of a pump to get the second component of the CR over the line too. Has to be good for a trade even if nothing else eventuates. I suspect that's why so many pip traders have entered today (plus the Ti news as well of course).
