factual incorrect, read the met test announcement it's a salt wash. China is shutting down mines due to resource depletion. there is a number of illegal/artisan rare earth extraction in China which does not have environmental consideration. insinuating ixr will do the same has no fundamental basis. all info relating to environmental consideration and tailing is as per met announcement.
relocating of substantial existing population. as per my previous posts this is part of obtaining mining licenses and yes is a consideration. however, before one would consider how they are relocating the would first need to prove economics which would then determine commercial viability which in turn would warrant license approval.
what revised plant costs and production rates are you referring to? they haven't stated any.??
what is your cited source for hydrological concern or water body/aquifer being at mineral depth. you do realise mineralisation depth is only 20m. also in my experience in compiling feasibility studies you typically don't do hydrological tests when defining a resource. (drilling)
the hydro study would be part of the scoping study.
it's as if you expect the company to have everything required to compile a dfs. when in reality they starting drilling this only month ago.
typical exploration to dfs completion is 2-3year or in most rare earth hard rock deposits closer to 5.
ixr is 6 months in, with 2-3 of those months of interrupted progress. where they're at is exceptional for the timing.
fair enough to raise comments or concerns, but a level of sensibility is required. also please state or cite references to support opinion or state that they are only opinion.
