Looking at MEI, I noticed that they are also light REE dominant. MEI has an insanely high grade clay resource but their Tb and Dy oxide are 5 ppm and 25 ppm (Southern tenements), VTM's lacklustre low grade MRE not far behind with Tb and Dy oxide 2 ppm and 20 ppm. Every chance with infill drilling VTM matches MEI's heavy rare earth grades, and it is all about the DyTb looking forward to 2030. All of these monazite projects that are sitting at FID waiting for funding will flood the market with NdPr, whilst DyTb will be a much harder ask to meet demand. A lot of nuance to this REE space.
