I have covered it a little in my previous post, there was major problems with the ball mill and coarse recovery in the primary and secondary jigs.
A independent engineering review was undertaken and determined the costs to rectify the problems were not economical at the current price of tantalum at the time, so PLS wrote the project off and scuppered the deal with Nagrom.
